Problem with using Native Access for installs on Win7x64

Hi I was wondering if anybody could shed some light on my problems installing Komplete 13 Select on a Win7x64 system.
The problem is basically that after downloading and installing a library like "West Africa", the intaller bar pings back and forth forever. It never finishes, even though the library is installed. I can not log out or shut down NA, and have to reboot the system to progress to the next install.

Often on restarting I don't need to log into NA, and it gives a message of Kontakt or Reaktor being successfully installed, although they are already installed. Of note, I have an old install of Kontakt 5- & Reaktor 5 Player installed on the same system.

It takes forever to run through the install, also download speed is sluggish. Anti virus is active, but with file scan disabled.

 

Install n.a. As admin, and launch as admin. That worked for me. Download only one item at a time. Try changing your DNS if using Frontier internet.

Don't wish to hijack this thread but, for example, GR6 demands Win 10.
Are you able to download and install through NA to Win 7?

 

I can't say, never tried. Not sure how set in stone those Win 10 minimum demands are.
Manged to get Machine Mk3 with Machine 2.14.5 and Komplete 13 Select up and running on a Win7x64 S1 Pro.
Haven't encountered any obvious problems yet, apart from the need to take down packages one by one. NA hanging from time to time, and need a system reboot ... but packages installs well as far as I can see. Could be some undiscovered or future issues ahead.
