problems activating reaktor session

just got reaktor session today,but im having problems activating it,when i try and log in,with the password i just got from native-instruments(because i had forgot it)im getting an error?

 

cant somebody help?

 

your user name login is your email and the password is the one NI gave you.

btw, i thought you owned Reaktor (full version) so why register session?

the password i got from native,doesent work when i try to activate and register session

i dont have reaktor anymore,but just got reaktor session

did you already write to the registration support? If yes, do you have a request number which I can use to look into this case? You can also edit the email address in your forums stats to the one you have used to create your account.

just got a mail from native,it turns out that my version of reaktor session,is still registrt in the name of the guy i bought it from,i have send him a mail asking him to do,so i can get it activated and regisert under my name,is it possible for him to do that?

 

yes, he should contact us, so that we can do the license transfer.
