Problems activating traktor scratch pro

    After I type in all of the serial in native service center the "activate" button remains unclickeble.. as if it still is waiting for the right serial. I have tried the serial for my original copy of traktor scratch, and I have tried the serial for my traktor 3.3 copy. I still does not enable the activate button. Any suggestions?

    I'm also having a problem concerning the activation.

    I have traktor scratch installed and ordered a copy of traktor scratch pro. After I installed the software and launched the service center I have to activate a copy of Traktor? I haven't received any serial number with my download? Is this normal?

    Hi I have the same problem received the free update but no serial number? Any help would be much appreciated

    traktor scratch pro activation

    i just downloaded andinstalled the traktor scratch pro upgrade and got a serial number which i went onto the service centre and entered.but it then needs an activation code..and i dont know where im supopsed to get this from as nothing to advise me about that...so at present it is just sitting there but not activated.
    please does anyone know what i need to do ive mailed 2 tickets now to the support but had nothing back to sort it out still!:S

    looks like will be waiting forever on here...im going to ring them and see whats goin on...its not good,they should of answered my ticket by now too...well they did...but with a standard fob you off mail asking if it didnt answer to mail a new ticket.why dont they just read the mails.?..i guess its just too much eh!

    Buggy Activation & "sit n wait' emails

    I've had Traktor Pro for a week now n still no real answers for a fix in service center-

    my service center wont even let me in the activation part says i need administrator privileges to make system wide changes (XP) will only run demo mode, my settings in xp are full control admin level- i even log in under the default hidden admin account set up by MS -

    been asked for screen shots, been refered to Microsoft tech, told to re-install on a clean machine no other progs , what i did to cause the activation process in service center to flipout, been told they would have answer n resolve aftr getting my screen shots, and a detailed email of my hardware n specs, a few days passed wit no reply so i kindly asked "" >>Hi I repled back to you and sent the screen shots, what hapnd"" and was sent an email stating "

    ticket further.."" well that just made me wanna go out and bark @ the moon - btw they aren't taking calls goes to vm. evidently going PRO tore a hole in the fabric of time and set off a paradox shock.. ..i'll go bak to 3 - NI has the best above others, i have faith they will get all PRO line fixed, juz think it went out early. prob cuz they didnt have any submision for the awards this yr.. email them daily fire off sevral new tickets it will get attn -
