Problems downloading 1.0.3 update

Hello,

i bought Bandstand two years ago and though i liked the sound very much, much better than my other samplers, the fact that instrument changes in a sequence could break the "sound flow" made me use it rather rarely.

A few days ago i was considering buying Kontakt 3 and while checking out the site i saw that there is a new patch for Bandstand which i found out would allow me to quickload samples into my ram improving the instrument changes and overall performance.

So i logged in with my NI account, with which i had a hard time figuring out the password and email, tried to download the update but everytime it tries to download the update it just loads and loads and after a while times out.

I tried to download the Service Center too, but that strangely didnt work either.

I am trying now for a couple of days and nothing has changed, iam not sure if its a site related problem because i can use the forums and everything without any problems despite that there are sometimes long loading times.


So i was wondering if anyone could help me out here.

I am using Windows XP, dont have a mac, tried changing my internet and router settings even tried without router but still no go.


Maybe someone could upload the file to some sort of filehost, ( sorry i dont know any good ) or even send it with email to me, dont know if it exceeds the size limit though.

edit.: megaupload.com and rapidshare.com both work for me and seem to be good filehosts, if someone could upload it there and send me the Link to my email i would be very happy.

Did you get the updated Service Center installed on your computer first? That may be part of the problem. As for the Qu8ickload set, you should be able to download it from this forum. See the sticky post about it at the top.

 

I just went to an Internet Café, logged in with my data on the ni site, downloaded the patch, installed it here at home, started it, activated it, everything seems fine.

should really look into changing my provider.
