I have broblems with Spektral Delay in SL stufi 4.1.2 :
when I setup it as VST plung on Sent chanel- the
sound just passing it by, I cant hear any effect,
when I use it as DXi on standart fx chanel it works,
but without external sync and every time I load my
session again- wet/dry knob resets to zero level.
I allready turned off "reset pugins on transport".
Any idea how to make it work as it should ?

First of all, what version of SD are you running? The installer's pretty old IIRC-the 1.5 update took care of lots of issues(but that's two years old as well).
The only thing that syncs is the LFO-press the metronome button next to the LFO.
To stop it resetting,go to the settings menu and under options, check the appropriate snap isolate options.

I`m using version 1.52. I already tried that. Whet I press Metronom
buton in DXi version in shows very fast tempo (13500), whet I press metronom in VST mode nothig happens(in doesnt works in VST mode at all), whet I`m trying to isolate something, the next time I`m loading session isolated items apears unlock again. I think the reason may be in FL studio, but I`m not shure. So I can not use this plugin now, but I need it. It is very sad :( .

Try running a MIDI track to it-maybe then it'll get the proper tempo info.
It could be an FL issue-I'm not a user of that.
