Problems installing Elektrik Piano Eco Presets

    I downloaded the Elektrik Pinao Eco Presets installer from the Komplete 3 section of the updates, but I can't get it to install on my Mac G5 running OS 10.4.x.

    When I launch the Vise installer, I get the following warning: "This installation requires a System Folder on the destination drive. The installation has been cancelled." 1008;1,-120

    Anyone know what the problem might be? I definitely have a System Folder on my start-up drive.

    Hello Lee,

    this is not a known problem. Did you try to install it on the system drive or on another drive? It actually should install on both, but the error message indicates that it can only be installed on a system drive.

    If you have downloaded the file between last Friday and today, please try to download it again, since we had some problems with incomplete downloads during this time.
