Problems Installing Komplete 10 Ultimate

Hi guys,
So I just got the Komplete 10 Ultimate Hard drive in the mail. Was really excited...until I started to install. First problem was with the Akkord Guitar library. It said there was a fatal error unpacking the files, then the same thing happened with Abby Road 70's Drummer (PART 5 of installer). Now it's frozen at a certain part of the install and has not moved. Is there a way to active my K10Ultimate license so I can download what I need online? What if my hard drive is faulty? Please don't tell i have to pay money for a new one. I've heard that from someone else, and if that's the case, I'm boycotting Native Instruments. So far seems like a really flawed system after spending so much money. There needs to be a better way to activate and download software. If I have to spend more money I'm going to flip.

 

(1) In case you're using Windows disable the option Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power so the USB drive doesn't go to sleep during installation (chapter 4.5.2): http://www.native-instruments.com/e...671/windows-tuning-tips-for-audio-processing/

(2) Try using a different USB port or USB cable.

(3) You can try to install only one application of Komplete (as example FM8) and activate this one (using the Komplete serial)
