Problems Installing Traktor 2.5

I am experiencing problems with installing the latest version of Traktor 2.5, and would appreciate it if someone would kindly help me out.

After installing the update, I am prompted to activate the Service Center. However, I do not see Traktor 2.5 in the Service Center. I tried to install the update several times, and also restarted my system, and was not able to see the program in the service center.

It would be great if one of you was able to kindly help me install the software correctly.

My system is as follows:

MacBook Pro
Mac OS X, Version 10.6.3
Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 4 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

OK, so what do you see? Traktor 2 maybe?

I can't recall exactly what mine said, as I've done it now - but certainly the desktop icon still says "Traktor 2", and so does the PDF manual.

2.5 still is "Traktor 2", it's just a .5 update.....

 

Thanks for your response. The update hasn't installed, when I open Traktor 2, it's still the previous version of Traktor. (Traktor 2.1.2)

Any ideas on the next step to take?

I have the same probleme with the same computer,,, macbook pro.
I did instal from service center and it say that the version is 2.1.3.
would it suppose to be 2.5?
It'S not clear.
my friend did the update on is PC (window 7) and it says 2.5!

 

Try manually updating to the latest version of service centre by downloading it from the website.

 

Had issues as well and I just uninstalled everything using NI uninstaller and re-installed everything from service center. It now is set up properly.
