Problems with detailed searching in tracks

Hi,

could anyone please help me with that..

I can't figure out how to move forward and back through a track in fine way. When I touch the jog wheel it's way too gross for fine positioning. It's good for moving quickly through the entire track, but how do I refine the positioning?

Also, I noticed that the lithe "+" "=" and "-" buttons, that appear on the right side of the deck and are supposed to zoom in and out the music for finer adjustment just don't do anything when I click them. They only appear, but don't work.
