    Hi
I'm new to this forum, and relatively new to the digital music-making game, so please excuse me if I sound ignorant!
Although I have been able to download various instruments and sounds from Native Access in the past, I just can't get in now at all.
I've seen various posts regarding problems with this, and have tried as many of the solutions as I can understand.
I'm using Windows 10 in its latest iteration
Although I can delete Native Access from Programs, it doesn't delete the Native Access folder or any of the files (inc .exe files) in the folder/subfolders.
Trying to delete via Registry doesn't work because even when the Program is present in 'Programs', there is no UninstallString.
The folder and subfolders are stuffed with.TMP files - multiple instances of the same files - which presumably load up every time I try to open Native Access and it does its 'updating to latest version' or I 'delete' the program and try and re-download it from NI's website.
I have worked through and deleted all of those, but they just keep coming back, with a range of dates that don't relate to my activity
I've amended the Firewall to give Native Access and the Updater 'in/out' access
I don't seem to be able to open Windows in Safe Mode with Networking - apparently because I need to use an Ethernet connection.
    I'm absolutely stuck!
Any further suggestions, or should I go straight to NI Support?

I find installing as admin, launching as admin, being logged in as admin user works best. If you have a pc upgraded from 8.1 to 10 with multiple recovery partitions, you need to delete old 8.1 partition, and... if using dual displays, try unplugging one of them, disable antivirus and ideally stuff like onedrive....lots of funk with windows, sadly, not just with n.i. .... on one machine we turned off multithreading.....etc.
