    Hi
Just wondering if anyone is having this same problem, when playing on Scatch Pro original 320K mp3 tracks seem to have pops and clicks, these are only heard when using Scratch Pro and not when the track is played back on any other media player, at first i thought it was due to my 4 month old laptop not having enough RAM so went out and spand £750 on a new laptop with 3GB of RAM, the problem is still there! I'm a bit worried as I've just bought Scratch Pro for £500, so thats a total of £1250 for something thats not working right!
I bought this to move away from CD's but find I have to use CD's to get the quality.

Also the BPM does not change on the screen when I speed up or slow down the track using the tempo control on the CDJ800 even though you can hear the track change speed!

This next one might not be a problem but just something I'm doing wrong, when trying to Sync on certain tracks it seems to jump 3 or 4 beats rather than locking on to the one closest, so the beats become Sync'd but the track is out of time so sounds crap!

Any help on these topics would be great!

I find you get more help from these forums than actually contacting NI support team!

    Cheers

    Hi Kenny Snr,

please contact the technical support regarding this problem. You need to tune most laptops a little bit to get rid of dropout issues. The most common devices causing dropouts are the network adapter, bluetooth or video cam.

If you file a support request, also add the information which keylock quality is used and if the problem is varying if you switch to another keylock quality or if you disable keylock. The high quality algorithm is not always the best solution, depending on the music you play.
