Problems with the USB-Audiodevice

    I bought a new USB-Audionterface to use it with Guitar Rig 4.

    I started Guitar Rig 4. My first way leads me to the "Audio and MIDI Settings..." to change the Input device to my new USB-Interface.

    After I clicked on the new Device I get a message that told me the following:

    Guitar Rig 4 has encountered a major problem and has been terminted.

    A crashlog file has been created at the following location:


    Please provide this crashlog to the Native Instruments technical support.

    Thank you for your cooperation!

    My question is now how to send this file to the support? Is it possible to get help right here in this Forum?
