    Hello guys!

I´m writing to you because I´m desperate...

I am professional DJ and I work in a famous club here in my town, and I was happy with my Windows 7 based Toshiba laptop, my Denon DN-MC6000 controller and Traktor LE which came bundled with my Denon. All other DJs always tell me that working with Windows is not professional... So I bought a brand new Macbook Pro this week. And that is friends, I had no problems before, and now I can barely work with this!

First I have to say, my Macbook Pro comes with Mac OS X Mountain Lion (10.8). I did not update anything on it yet. So I put my original Traktor LE DVD disc, installed Traktor, activated and updated it, connected my DN-MC6000 and it does not work after the Setup Wizard! It seems mapping or something like that is wrong, because Traktor seems to know I connect the MC6000 but all controls in GUI seem to be missing. If I press buttons on the controller they flash in GUI but the volume control bars for example are missing! I updated the firmware on the MC6000 but it still doesn´t work correctly. This weekend I´ll work with the PC laptop, everything is ok on it.

Any ideas of what´s the matter with my Traktor? I need your help please!

    Hi Shindou,

    please try this:
open Traktor on your Windows machine, open Traktor and its preferences, go to CONTROLLER MANAGER and click "EXPORT" and select only (!) the controller setting box.
write that file (named ?.tsi or something) onto an USB stick.
than open Traktor on your Mac, go to Traktors preferences and CONTROLLER MANAGER and click "IMPORT", guide/browse to your USB drive and the settings should be like they were on the Windows machine.

Check under "DEVICE" at the controller settings tab, that only one mapping is imported, otherwise the Denon data may struggle up Traktor..

    Hope that helps ;-)
