product code on reinstall of XP

    Hi,

    Ive got Komplete 4. Ive just done a clean reinstall of XP and when I install Komplete 4 service centre asks me to write the individual product keys to activate.

    I only have the Komplete 4 key. Anyone know how/where i get the individual product keys to activate each product or even if I need to do this?
