Product stuck at customs... Need help

    Hii sir,
    I'm maslin. Recently I won the grand prize in a contest form metapop.com.it is a thanks giving contest held by sanjayc, lamarq, courtney.
    The prize included S49 as well as Komplete 12 ultimate. I received the ultimate activation code Immediately after receiving the congratulatory message from metapop by keir. I even sent my address as requested by keir.

    The problem I ran into was about my name. I have never imported before. When I use my domestic postal Service I always use Maslin J which is the short form of Maslin John Edwin. Where John edwin is my family name. The product reached customs on 2nd February.

    Fedex called me on 2nd February asking me to submit three documents
    1.my ID with full name "Maslin John edwin"
    2. Authorization letter so that fedex can collect the product on my behalf.
    3.A letter to the customs officer stating that Maslin J is my short name and both the names identify the same person.

    I submitted the three documents.

    Then fedex sent me a mail saying that consignee documents are approved but the shipper has to submit documents. They told me that shipper has to submit new invoice with my full name "Maslin John edwin" As well as a letter stating that they approve and agree that both the names identify same person.


    It's been 15 days so far , I called fedex on 8th feb, they told me to contact shipper and get the documents . I was so hesitant because it was my mistake that I gave my short name. They also told me that I have to pay about 250€ euors as customs duty even if the product gets released from customs, since the product is underpriced as 0$ in invoice but not mentioned as a gift/contest prize.

    I tried contacting keir he said he will transfer the case to shipping team. But no reply so far.I even filed a ticket in support system got a message from syed to explain the issue but got any replies.I even contacted a local dealer who does shipping from NI . No luck so far.
