    Hi,
I'm using Live 6.0.7, and when I try to use L3 or Massive with a fair amount of program changes coming from changing midi clips my UI is freezing. Audio continues to lay, and the transport controls keep working, but the display is stuck. I just installed Reaktor 5.1.2, so both apps should be up to date. Any thoughts?

    Thanks

are you on a Mac or PC?

if you are on a Mac, use the AU version of the Reaktor plugin.

also, is this the Live UI or the Reaktor UI?

and which version of Massive are you using, 1.1 or the older version?

    Thanks for the reply sowari.

    I'm on a mac G5 running 10.4.8, and Massive 1.1.

It was the Live UI that was freezing. Switching to the AU cleared up the program change issue. I had been using the VST out of habit, because the Reaktor FX don't seem to show up as AU's in the browser.

I now see what everyone is talking about re: Massive not keeping up with the host tempo. It drifts after about 12 bars. I did a search for kid_sputnik's fix, but couldn't find anything. Do you have a link to the thread? I guess the other alternative is to run Massive standalone, and record the output, but that's not the best work flow for me. The L3 seems to stay with the host tempo fine.

    Thanks again

    Thanks for the link.
    I'll give it a try.
Who needs the downbeat anyway.... having everything hit on the one is so passe!
