I am dissapointed with the way the Pro 53 handles bank and program change. I think that the 8x8x8files is a terrible way to go. It is computer based. Why do you hold yourself back with this archaic way of sorting through programs. I really find it annoying to use the file bank and 8 program buttons. As a matter of fact I must say it is assanine (ps is that how you spell that word?). It has 512 preset programs. They and any programs you make should simply be put into a list that can be organized. Like in the Kore system, but even the stanalone should do this. Why did you guys go with the 8x8x8? Does anybody actually like this? It needs to sound retro not be as hard to use as the retro gear.

PS. Does anybody have a Sonar instrument definition for this or any other N.I. Synth for vst standalone usage in Sonar? The default only loads the first 64 or so programs, the rest are not there?

Absolutely agreed. This sort of interface deficiency takes authenticity in vintage gear emulation beyond the limits of good sense. We want the positive features without the negatives. What's next? A plug-in you have to retune whenever you haven't used it in a while?
