    Hello world,

I'm new to building in Reaktor and felt that a simple delay would be a good place to start. It all seems to be working properly, apart from the fact that when I change the delay time an unpleasant distortion sound is created. Is anyone able to help me fix this? Apologies if this has already been covered here, I couldn't find anything on the issue when I searched, perhaps the problem is too basic for all of you clever people.....

p.s any other suggestions that will improve the effect would be greatly appreciated!

    Cheers

You need interpolation. There are interpolated delay lined in the Reaktor library.

get rid of the event smoother and replace it with an audio smoother. should work fine.

the primary delay lines have interpolation built in i think.
