3rd party libraries often use some esoteric buttons.
Some 3rd party libraries provide a pdf manual.
Native Instruments should provide a scripting method to bring up a standard formatted help manual for any Library.
There's a little i button in the instrument Header (K5.6.8 docs don't seem to explain what it is -- see p. 66-68).
Clicking on that should bring up Help for a Kontakt library.
That would be an ideal place.
Or some other way - but please some other way.

    (i) button is for switching between instrument info (polyphony limits, RAM load, etc.) and the snapshot mode. It does not have anything to do with bringing up any sort of help document. This won't change.

There's already a way to provide help for Kontakt Player libraries - if developers put their docs in Documentation folder within their library folder, you get an info button right next to "Instruments" (and optionally "Multis" button) in the Libraries tab.

    Thanks E-D.
That would have been nice to see stated in the K5.6.8 instrument Header docs (p. 66-68). But oh well I'm a newbie.
Anyway, there's a pdf manual in the Documents folder for my Session Strings Pro 2.
Where in this panel can I immediately access the help for this instrument?
    (If I don't ask I don't learn).

You can't. You can access it only from Libraries tab, within the entry there that is showing SSP2.

BTW the thing you're talking about (the (i) button) is explained on page 89.

Is it possible to get 3rd party libraries that aren't registered with a NI Serial# to show up in the Library?
Right now I have all the 3rd party non-serial libraries stuffed in the Factory Library.
I can't get at the Help pdf's there.
