Purchased NI Neoclassical Bundle but only got 2 instruments

Purchased NI Neoclassical Bundle but only got 2 instruments rather than the 8 instruments advertised.

In Native Access there are only two instruments from the bundle. On the main website in the section for my products and serial I was sent 3 serials for:

Spitfire Audio - Olafur Arnalds Chamber Evolutions NKS Store

Spitfire Audio - Hauschka Composer Toolkit NKS Store

Una Corda

In Native Acmes there is no download for Una Corda. Don't even know why that instrument is listed cause I don't recall seeing a demo for it.

My main reason for ordering the bundle was for the piano sounds from ÓLAFUR ARNALDS COMPOSER TOOLKIT and London Contemporary Orchestra.

Where are my other instruments. The ones that are available for download I wasn't even interested in. Just purchased to get all the instruments. I registered the 3 serial numbers to see if the other instruments would appear but nothing showed up. I didn't install anything yet. This is is problem.

The NeoClassical bundle includes 3 instruments:
Olafur Arnalds Chamber Evolutions
Hauschka Composer Toolkit
Una Corda

The rest of the instruments were listed individually and not as part of the bundle. You should find in your Native Access the three instruments from the bundle.

 

Now learning I purchased by mistake while thinking I was getting ÓLAFUR ARNALDS COMPOSER TOOLKIT. To add insult to injury now I know why I don't see Una Corda is the Native Access area, its because I already had the instrument installed when I upgraded to Komplete 12 Ultimate Collectors Edition. That instrument was already bundled. So I only got two products that I didn't even want to begin with. Could anything be done to resolve this issue cause I basically wasted $300 plus dollars. Una Corda was already on my system. This really sucks. There should be some sort of alert for letting us know that a bundle we're about to purchase already contain a product we have on our system to avoid this issue. Also, I purchased the Neo Classical bundle at the last minute and thought I was getting all the products listed. I mainly wanted the ÓLAFUR ARNALDS COMPOSER TOOLKIT. If I known this I would've purchased that alone. not happy with this purchase. Didn't even install anything.

 

I'm just gonna accept my loses on this one.
