Purchases "under review" with no information

    I am incredibly disappointed that almost 4 hours later I have received zero information regarding my download purchase of Komplete (via Paypal in the UK).

    There should be a MAJOR warning before purchasing that the compulsory review will take an indeterminable period of time, rather than taking customers money and not delivering their purchases "immediately" as described. This is terribly disrespectful and not reflective of the premium priced products Native sell.

    I've seen many posts about this and the solutions appear haphazard and inconsistent. As per many others, I committed to this purchase for a specific project and period of time, so this is terribly inconvenient and frustrating. It seems Native don't really care to address this issue with simple communication protocols as it's still happening. Nowhere in the T&C's does it state you may experience considerable delays.

    And it because it's the weekend there is no online support, a time when I assume a lot of people are making purchases.

    This feels like a breach of trading standards.

    I don't really know what a "review" means...but..
    Recently purchased software from NI and waited for confirmation etc.
    (My waiting time were minutes,rather than hours,though).

    However,I checked Native Access and it was already there,ready for downloading.
    The confirmation emails did eventually arrive,but I had done all the installation by then.
    Perhaps it may be worth checking your Native Access,just incase...???
    (I'm assuming it's software you've purchsed,of course).

    Thanks for the update….Not good news.

    I’m just wondering if there’s a delay with the payment going through.
    Have you had confirmation about this from Paypal ?
    Or, shown on your bank account as been made etc.

    I tend not use the PP method, except with lesser known retailers, as it can sometimes present a delay with payments.
    My last payment was made with visa, directly from a bank account and was an instant transaction….even late evening
    (out of office hours for NI).

    Most of these purchases are automated, so I don’t understand why there are such problems with ‘“routine” product buying.

    I do hope things get sorted very soon for you !!

    Sometimes a review is for mismatched emails, ip not matching locale, echeck which takes days to clear, technical glitch with paypal taking payment but not connecting back to n.i. Store to confirm purchase, etc. we have similar issues with taking paypal payments here at my company.

    Thanks everyone, appreciate the feedback.

    Email, personal details and IP match. This must be a PayPal issue but shame I can’t get it investigated over the weekend when using an NI-approved payment provider.

    An automated email telling me what’s happening would've sufficed. Being left in the dark is frustrating.

    Waste of two days.
