question about selling products I bought separately

I currently own Komplete 9. I also bought separately Action Strikes, Damage, Evolve Mutations, Rise & Hit, and The Mouth. All of these are included in Komplete Ultimate 11. I am very interested in upgrading from K9 to KU11, and, if I do purchase KU11, would like to sell my superfluous licenses of the five libraries listed above. They all appear as transferable on my "Transfer a License" page. I'm concerned about confusion over the serial numbers. Am I correct in thinking that these five libraries will be given a different serial number when I purchase KU11? I guess I'm a little concerned that NI might give me only one license / serial number for these libraries instead of two .

Yes.

You basically own the same product twice then: as individual product (which you bought separately) and as part of the Komplete bundle. So you also have different serials for each.
