Questionon on beat mode

    Hi -- I am putting a 4 measure Acid loop into a cell (battery 3) and then in beat mode I am picking expand to get it to distribute the slices to the cell matrix. Upon doing this a midi file is created. The problem I am having is that the midi file is unusabe because the "notes" are distributed across only 3.3 measures, instead of four. I have spent hours fiddling with the sync/notsync, length, tempo, etc and that seems to have no effect on the resulting midi file. Is this to be expected or is there some way to make the length of the midi file match the original loop.

    One of the things I really like about this forum is how quickly you can get your questions answered ! And also, how there is so much presence by the NI folks ! NI support is great isnt it ?

    Well I can't help you since I have no idea.

    I agree. NI rarely writes here and there's nothing to do about it (AFAICTO) so I suggest that you write to support.
