..I promise I have looked through the threads but I have not seen this yet!

I have recently bought Traktor Scratch Pro. I havr 2 CDJ's connected but want the other CDJ I have and a 1210 deck connected too with full functionality. It it really just as simple as buying 2 x more Traktor connecting cables and plugging it all in for all 4 deck useage through Pro?

Do I get all the same features on Deck 3 & 4 as I do on 1 & 2? If so then I'll go get some more cables ASAP!

Thanks everybody in advance for my basic novice question!

Yeah, you can do that. The only issue is inputs A and B are selectable as either line or phono as a pair, so I believe you will have to select line and use a preamp for the phono. C and D are line level. You will have 3 CDJs and one Turntable, right?

    Excellent, and thanks!

In that case can't I just plug the 1210 into either Deck A or B on the Audio 8 for the photo, and plug my 3 x CDJ's into the inputs B, C and D, on tha Audio 8?

Yes, if line level is selected in the Audio 8 settings for inputs 1/2 and 3/4 (A and B) and the single phono going into A has a seperate preamp to boost it to line level. So, you would need to get a seperate phono preamp for the turntable otherwise your turntable signal will be too weak at line level or your CDJ signal will be too high for phono/timecode vinyl. If you were using 2 turntables and 2 CDJs it would be much simpler than 3 CDJs and 1 turntable.
I haven't done this. I have 2 1200's in inputs A and B selected to timecode/vinyl input. There may be another way, but I'm not aware of one.

Cheers anyway! I'm sure I'll sort it. I can't see too many time's when I might need all 3 CDJ's and 1 turntable.... Might just save my turntable for the old classic records..Let it be more of an ornament!

    Thanks for responding!
