Bought Kontact2 and running it with Sonar 3 producer in windows XP. All working fine (apart from the standalone version - it keeps crashing out).
I then took Native instruments advise and updated, first 2.01 then 2.02. Still seems to be working fine apart from the quickload view (the load save new instrument from list thing) when there are lots of expandable trees out from the arrows. For example: If quickload is set to show all instruments, then the oboe (in vienna library) for example, cannot navigate to highlight the 1st instrument. Its as though there is too much info to show. Shame really, because I'd like to have al the x fade instruments etc on quickload view but have had to take them off because of this problem. Anyone else had this?

    Thanks in advance

Otherwise this is an awesome piece of software. Have managed to import all my emu discs (and akai and giga) with no problem, and easily build a database.

Yes, this is a known issue (search the forum), and has been reported to the developers already.

It happens on my machine as well. Where it messes up is when you click on an arrow that has it's child open outside the GUI of K2. You can't select that child item. What I ended up doing is breaking out some of the items into/onto the root of the drive I have my samples on. Makes a mess if you like to keep your samples organized, like all samples for NI in an NI folder with child folders off of that. Solution: make the GUI wider. Now if we could only have the Absynth3 GUI a bit larger, please?

or is there a solution now, that i don't know?
