R4 Electronic Instruments update

I downloaded the R4 update of the Electronic Instruments, and have found a bug. The snare in the Rhythmaker ensemble is not recieving. It looks as though it's properly connected but i'm still a novice at programming this thing. Has anyone else tried these? Has anyone fixed it? If so can you send it to me? I'm sure I can come up with a way to prove that i'm legal. Also, the Titan ensemble doesn't come with the second bank.
Thats all so far, but those are the only ones i've had a chance to play with.

Where did you find this update? I have the R3
version, but couldn't find reference to the R4
version when searching with the above name.

Update

So I've been picking it apart for a couple of days, just making sure things are similar where they need to be, if that makes sense. Everything checks out but still no sound from the snare. So I opened an older version and found that the snare was not working there either! Now I think i'm going crazy trying to remember if it ever worked properly or if there might be a bug in R4 that doesn't allow it to open properly. Also, got my update package in the mail yesterday, put the new ensemble in the computer, boom!!! Crashed this but six times!!! Reaktor is so powerful that not even their propgramers can make it work right. yippee!!

rythmamaker snare

i get it the snare to sound alright, if i change the snare's VOICES to 1......(instead of 64).....

tell me if it works for u, ok?

r4.04 on osx 10.3.2, 1,25g g4, logic 6.3.1

 

I found that out a while back. The snare makes a sound but it's not the right sound. When I had it working in OS9 the snare was awesome and the 64 voice thing was part of it. I was told by tech support when R4 came out that it's a bug with the AD Envelope in R4 OSX.xx only, works fine on the PC. Go figure. I write them twice a month, you should too. When it worked right it was one of the badest things ever built for Reaktor. Now it's just another NI product that I bought and can't use. At least they have my cash. Ooops! I better write them again.
