I read in some article about Blocks/Racks that there now was a convenient Quick Search function to find blocks. I have searched for the search, but no luck.
The thing is, when working in a Rack, I constantly find my self spending time going through folders in the browser, when looking for a particular module, but not knowing what folder it is in.
I feel like I must be missing something. How do you guys find a module, when you don't recall in which folder it lives in?

A related bonus question: Is it true, that there is no user manual for Racks/Blocks 6.3? (I have the Blocks 6.0 manual, but when it speaks of Snapshots it gets really confusing, as they are not there in 6.3.)

Well, in "Getting Started" there is nothing about Racks, but they refer to the Blocks manual, which in turn is for 6.0 and not 6.3.
"Building in Primary" is 6.3 but not relevant for using Blocks/Racks.
"What's New" has a paragraph about 6.3 where you can read that you now have front panel patching.

So I will stick to my conclusion, that there is no manual for Racks 6.3. Perhaps not a biggie, but being rather new to NI, I am not used to the general policy of releasing software with no manuals. (Ok, I probably sound grumpy, but really, they are selling stuff like Massive X as a finished product. But it is a rather complex synth and there is no manual. At least the user forum is responsive.)

Not a lot but this was before Paul the CMO open his thread. Mayhaps them hires a new manual writer?;)
Do you follow my link? To Jan Ola's statement:

"The VISIBLE option for ports is a new feature added in 6.3, yes. This is outlined in the What Is New document and described in Building in Primary. As for Blocks used in Ensembles, A View is the original layout without ports, and B View is the new layout with ports. I am going to update the original Blocks Manual (which is dedicated to the Ensemble use case) with this information as soon as possible.

Another handy new feature in this context is global switching of Views for all Instruments included in an Ensemble. Find it in the View menu under Panel View. This is described in the section about A/B Views in the Building in Primary document."

    Reaktor is more complex!

Indeed it is. That is why I find the super low priority of proper documentation so weird. I don´t think I have ever come across a hi-tech company where manuals are not supplied on release day.

Lars, here is my 14 pages self-knitting pdf: Reaktor Blocks 6.3.1 - Quickstart - Native Instruments.
    You can use it off-line.
