RAUM availability

    I wonder if NI are still having difficulties with pressure to access this.
    It has not appeared in the 'Not Installed' part of Native Access and I seem unable to log in to my account other than via this forum.

    Thanks for your reply Paule.
    I have looked almost everyday since it became available but ...
    Also, I don't seem to be able to log in to my account and see registered products and serials etc.
    I will go to support and/or chat I think.

    matt, I thought I had and then tried to check but could not log in, as I said above.
    However, I was able to log in from another pc and get into my account and make the request.
    Lo and behold it then appeared in NA on my music pc - as you would expect.

    So, I have two pc's, both with firefox, both win 7 64 etc, and one got me to the NI login, the other didn't.
    Today, as it happened, firefox got updated on my music pc and I can now login???
    Not sure if both ff's were at the same update point but there ya go.
    I am happy - again, thanks for the replies :)
