re-activation and install

    Hi..I have a copy of komplete elements that I registered on my old computer about a year and a half ago. I Just recently purchased a newer Mac and would like to install and get things up and running on it. I installed elements on my external hard drive (because my new computer does not have a super drive) and moved the files on to my new computer. When I open up service center to activate or reactivate i am given the notification that all products are currently activated ;however, when I try to open any of the applications or libraries I am only given the option to buy, demo or activate these products. I just read someone's thread who seemed to have a similar issue in which a native instruments rep responded and found that the person had two accounts and all that needed to be done was to merge the two. Could this possibly be the problem? if anyone has any advice for me or can help fix this problem, please let me know. Thanks
