Re-Installing Kontakt

    I have an issue with Kontakt (most up to date version) and think I need to re-install it but sm a little confused. I am on Windows 7 and I use Pro Tools 11.3. My NI uses Native Access for files.

    I am assuming that I go into my account and download the program and library. To execute it, do I use Native Access or just click on the program installation file to install the program? Since I already have an up to date sample library, do I need to reinstall it?

    I am reinstalling because Kontakt started freezing. Whether standalone or in Pro Tools, it freezes after instantiating it.
