Reading Plugin Parameters from Custom Library to DAW

Hello everyone,

I have a custom library I created and I want my parameters to be readable with Ableton or other DAWs. I am not sure if this can be achieve via script or other else. Please refer to a screenshot below for reference.

Open the Kontakt Browser, click the “Automation” tab, click “Host”, assign parameters to knobs etc… save the nki.

Page 89 of the Kontakt manual.

Actually you can do this via the script and it is preferred to do it that way.

Code:

set_control_par(get_ui_id($controlname), $CONTROL_PAR_AUTOMATION_ID, 0)

Rinse repeat for all the parameters.


And yes, do resave the resource container. Your library should only be distributed with NKR/NKC, and NOT with Resources folder.
