Reaktor 4 upgrade installation problem!

I just recieved my Reaktor 4 upgrade CD to upgrage me from version 3.05. When I install the version 4 upgrade it dose not find the existing version 3, so that it updtaes all files and folders.Instead it installs version 4 up grade version as a seprate installation. So I am left with 2 versions of reaktor? and to use my old or version 3 instruments, I have to open it from version 4 and browse through the old version 3 directory etc. How is the upgrade version installed so that it upgrades all my existing version 3 files and folders?
However, Reaktor 3 came with reaktor instruments volume 1, I would have thought version 4 upgrade would contain this, but it did not.Can some please advise me on all the above issues please.

reaktor 4 is a different program which will be installed in a different folder, so no updating of your old reaktor 3 files takes place.

to be able to open r3 ensembles in r4 your dongle needs to be plugged in the first time you do it for each ensemble. if you then save them in r4 you don't need to the dongle anymore to reopen them.

So I can't convert ALL r3 to r4 ensembles at once??? I have to go one at a time??? Do I "save" or "save as" or does it matter. I wish I could just copy the whole file to r4.

 

Reaktor 4 upgrade problem

So dose the upgrade CD from 3.05 to 4 comtain the same files as the full version 4 cd? I mean is the upgrade CD the same as the full version.
Also it dose not contain Volume 1 reaktor user instruments set which comes free with reaktor 3?
