If it weren't for one of the Presonus members pointing this out,I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN WHY REAKTOR 5 WASN'T SHOWING UP IN MY DAW!
How nice and thoughtful of Native Instruments to just sit on their bloated *sses and do nothing, while I go sh*t-nuts,trying to surmise what the f**k is going on between Reaktor 5 and my 64 bit Presonus Studio One DAW.
Interesting don't you think, that EVERYTHING IN KOMPLETE 6 SHOWED UP IN MY DAW BROWSER,but Reaktor 5 mysteriously was missing AND NO ONE ON THIS F**KING USELESS FORUM,could do me the courtesy of telling me this.

Thanks to the jerk-offs at Native Instruments,I HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE,BUT TO SPEND AN EXTRA $30 ON BIT-BRIDGING SOFTWARE,JUST TO BE ABLE TO USE MY REAKTOR 5 IN MY DAW(of which I don't have,as I am flat broke from buying the Komplete 6 software).

I WILL NEVER BY ANOTHER F**KING THING FROM NATIVE INSTRUMENTS FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE!

Have you ever thought of doing your research? Considering that Reaktor hasn't been updated in over two years, doesn't that imply it's a 32 bit plugin?

And, I'd read the forum rules if I were you.

Yes...I shopped around, listened through the audio & video demos, spent hours,days,weeks,months...carefully making certain that NI Komplete 6 is what I wanted for my Presonus S1.
Prior to Presonus(which is my FIRST audio DAW by the way),I had Propellerhead Reason 4(& never had any problems with it)...so despite all of my RESEARCH,I overlooked the bit issue, because I am not some computer geek that's been recording on PC's for the last 20 years.
Did it ever occur to you smart-*ss,that not every NI user out there is a computer savy professional?
I am 41 & I bought my first PC just 5 years ago and got into PC recording just 2 years ago & even though I've come a long way in navigating my my through the studio recording world,I did not attend computer school, nor did I attend audio engineering school,so EXCUSE THE HELL OUT OF ME FOR NOT BEING A CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL.
I am not seeking an apprenticeship into Abbey Road studios & I don't want to become a computer technician....I'm merely a musician that has obtained as much info about PC's for the purpose to get the job done, not to get a job working for NI.

I bought my Komplete 6 bundle a few days ago,NOT 2 YEARS AGO,so it is NI's responsibility to be rational enough to update Reaktor 5 to 64 bit...ESPECIALLY SINCE EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE BUNDLE IS 64 BIT.
Yes....I bought the Komplete 6 bundle under the assumption(as many others did),that all of the different software programs in the bundle would work properly...because..well..THEY WERE ALL IN THE SAME F**KING PACKAGE!

Since one particular program in the bundle won't work with 64 bit, than it's pretty Godd**n crucial...enough so that NI should have advertised this somewhere on the packaging-or at the very least, made mention of it in the f**king manual.

It's just too frichen asinine for a company to make everything but one thing,64 bit & then throw it all into one package, this is why many people have overlooked this important detail and NI isn't lifting a finger to make it even somewhat obvious,as a way to assist those that are new to the game.

I explained my situation to you,but yet it never occurred to you to inform me of the bit issue and why?YOU work for NI and I don't...so it should have been obvious to you-at least at some point,to make mention of the bit situation with Reaktor 5.
I mean...WTF...Reaktor began with Reaktor 1 and then has since been updated to Reaktor 5...so why not update the bit depth as well?

NI has made things a bit simpler in terms of sound creation in their synthesizer control modifications,so in that spirit of making things more user friendly for the non-professional,HOW ABOUT INCREASING THE F**KING BIT DEPTH.....IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASK?
It's pretty Godd**n pathetic that I get all of my tech support from the Presonus forum for Native Instruments, and NOT from the NI forum...despite that I am a paying customer..coupled with the fact that when I have made several phone calls to tech support(WHICH ARE TOLL CALLS THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR) AND ALL OF SAID CALLS WERE TO NO AVAIL,BECAUSE NI TECH SUPPORT IS MERELY A BUNCH OF F**KING TELEMARKETERS,READING OUT OF A F**KING MANUAL...which is of no help to anyone.

Read the forum rules?I have no regard for the forum rules,as I have legitimate & valid grievances with this company and if you don't want to read through any more angry posts, than do something constructive with your time and go get a data entry job elsewhere.

Well I DO use PreSonus and Studio One Pro and I think the Elwoods point is a Valid one.......I am very disappointed that all the modules contained in Komplete 6 aren't available in 64 bit.

Because they aren't, I am forced to install BOTH versions of Studio One Pro otherwise, a product that I paid good money for would NOT be full functional.

That is MY 2 cents worth:D

I understand you are disappointed not being able to go for 64 bit-only. We are many Reaktor-users waiting for R6. NI is as usual not giving any hints of when it will be released. This year, next year? Who knows.... Only thing we know is that they are working on it...

I guess looking back it would have been wise to have downloaded the demos and tried them in your host.

To NI's defence, this is what I've found on the Spec page of Komplete:

"*REAKTOR 5 needs a 32bit compatible environment to operate under 64bit versions of Windows Vista/Windows 7"
