Reaktor and EyeCon - note-off problem

i kept trying on and on - but i do not find a solution...

eyecon is a motion tracking system which translates motion to midi commands which can be processed by reaktor - there are two modes - in the first one, eyecon bombards reaktor with appr. 30 note-on/off commands in a second - in the second one, only a note-on but no note-off is sent

question one: how can i program reaktor to take the first note-on to start the event, then ignore every incoming midi command for exactly 6 seconds, then reset (= generate note-off?) and wait for the next note-on..

question two: how do i teach reaktor to "generate" a note-off command after 6 seconds (to, again, wait for the next note-on)

i hope i'm in the right place with that questions - and i hope you can help me.. i'm desperate...
