reaktor and kontakt totally unpractical because...

when i load reaktor or kontakt as a channel in kore2x16 as a vsti in live, i cannot browse consecutive sounds in either reaktor or kontakt because each time i have to assign the midi channel to the correct channel because it always defaults to channel one.
So, i select a sound, go to reaktor>Internal midi> channel 5 or whatever, then the next reaktor sound from the kore browser, press a key (no sound), then select Internal midi> channel 5 again.

Is there no way for the plugin to remember that i want it to be on channel 5 (or other)?

This makes reaktor and kontakt totally unpractical for use with kore in a host.

 

Nope. The channel's saved as part of the instrument in both those cases.

you could insert the "Midi Transformator" (internal Midi in Kore) in a slot before your instrument (Reaktor or Kontakt) and change the channel to "1".
I did this for some multilayered sounds in the Komplexer VST, where in this case you have to use the Midi channel 5 to have all layers to play (with my keyboard set to channel 1).

May be a solution for you
