Reaktor ensembles and Kore

I tried the Kore demo and i really like it, but I have some questions about how to use it with reaktor. Trying it out it seems like when i create and save a new ensemble from within kore, and then save the koresound, kore will subsequently look for the ensemble using the absolute path. This would create problems when changing to another computer, unless I built up the exact same file structure. For people who build and modify Reaktor ensembles and use them i kore, how do you organize them so that kore will find them even after migrating to another computer.
