    Hi everyone,

A few months ago I downloaded Reaktor and purchased Razor and Monark.
From day 1, I've only been able to get Razor to work. Everytime I load up Monark, I get no sound at all.
I admit, I'm very new to using Reaktor, Monark & Razor. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help me out with some tips? I have an Akai MPKMini as my keyboard input. Razor always works, but I've no idea what to do to get Monark to work. Any and all help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

I'm trying to use it as both a standalone and a plugin for Logic Pro 9. When I play the qwerty keys on my keyboard, it works.

the problem must be that you are not sending on MIDI Channel 1.

    Hi Sowari,

I've attempted many times to get Monark to work through Reaktor as a plugin in Logic Pro 9. I apologize for the newbie question, but could you offer me some tips on what I should do" exactly, in order to get things to work. Monark works as a stand alone, yet only with my Qwerty keyboard being used to generate my sounds. I'm lost on how to make Monark talk to my MPK Mini at all and I can't get anything to work when I'm in Logic. How do I send on MIDI Channel 1? Again, I'm apologize for the total newbie question. Thank you for any help you could offer.

When you start up Reaktor, standalone, then load the Razor player, everything works.... right?

If you were to then just double click on the Monark player, I believe Monark should replace Razor. You're saying in this case Monark doesn't work even though you've changed nothing else?

That's exactly what's happening. Whether I'm in standalone mode or using it as a Logic Plugin, Razor works without any issues. But when I'm try and run Monark, nothing happens when I try and use my MPK Mini. The only thing that does work is Monark in standalone, but I'm stuck using my Qwerty keyboard.

I know sowari. You've made that clear 3 times. And I have tried to make clear, I am having trouble doing just that. I'm new at this.
Sorry if I'm annoying you, as your terse responses seem to illustrate I'm bothering you. If I am, then please, don't bother trying to help me with 1 sentence phrases of wisdom that aren't helping me at all.

Finally fixed it! I reinstalled Monark AND I reinstalled the MPK editor (where I was ALREADY on MIDI Channel 1) and now it's working as a plugin through Logic Pro.
