Hi, I have Komplete installed on my mac and in Service Center under updates I have "Reaktor Spark 1.4.0 Mac OS X Update" that will not install. It is downloaded, I have downloaded it from the NI Site as well. Reaktor is updated to 5.9.3.

When I try to install the Spark update that I manually downloaded, I keep getting "Failure: No library found under the registered installation path. Either move the library back to its original location or re-install the library before running this update."

I don't know what to do here. On my mac I have THREE separate "Library" Folders for Reaktor. One under Applications. One under Library/Application Support. One under Users/Documents.

Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks.

Update: I should add that I found another folder with a bunch of content. My Shared library. In there, I have a folder called "Reaktor Spark R2" which contains a file called "Spark.rkplr" which loads up as a standalone, but does not show up in Komplete Kontrol when I'm using logic. Very confused.

Thanks for those links solger, didn't get a chance to try them until now. The location tool said I had everything in the right place, but spark still wouldn't install, probably because I had moved some stuff around. So I ended up reinstalling Reaktor and Spark themselves from scratch, and that seems to have done the trick. Thanks again.
