    Hi,
i would like to email an advanced module builder on a regular/frequent basis with questions concerning the building of modules, in order to create unusual sounds for a cd release 2004.

could you be a bit more specific as to what type of programmer you're looking for? Are you working with samples? granular synthesis? sythesizers? Most builders have particular areas of expertise, you wouldnt want to ask questions about reverbs to a sequencer expert sometimes.

i have just bought R4, and am coming up with questions - how to build an idea i have, what if i could this or that. anyone who has general knowledge of R4, so if i ask...how to create a sound pitched at C come from the left speaker and go through to the right speaker as a pitch Csharp, hearing the oscillation between the 2 pitches, they would know how to build such a sound, and other sound instruments, more complex later. someone who has adventured a little. no need to be specialized in any area, but able to help me with any ideas i come up with.

I can do it, no problem. Email me whenever you like.

To make the C on the left and the C# on the right is easy. If you still need help with it, drop me an email. I can make you up an example and explain it for you.

I gotta tell you though... most people I know, myself included, did not learn Reaktor via an email tutor. We looked at other people's work and taught ourselves. I suggest you look at other basic synths to see how pitches are set and such for this particular question.

I don't mind helping you if you're stuck, but as the old saying goes... john helps those who help themselves. :)

hey why don't you keep it in the forum rather than offline?

I know I'd be very interested in following your discussion.
