Recent Upgrade..

    Right, half an hour ago I went and bought the Traktor Pro upgrade because I was using Traktor LE, and wanted to upgrade.

    So I purchased the item for my Mac, downloaded the installation file at the end of the purchase and then it started to download fine, whilst downloading I checked my emails to check that the email with my serial code had came through and it did, so once the installation was complete, i clicked 'Restart' and my computer restarted.

    When I came back on to my computer, there were no signs at all of Traktor Pro, even the installation file was not in my downloads folder, i'm really confused and panicking that I have lost the £100+ that I paid for the upgrade..

    Can anyone help please?

    the download link is valid for several days so you can download it again. If you still have trouble, please contact our support. Your money is definitely not lost, we have a customer service who will be able to sort this out if you can not fix it on your own.
