record in logic

this thread was discussed in a other post...

but i want just ask if someone solved this problem...

i want just open up logic open up machine choose a kit and record in logic without to change it in midi mode... i know its just 1 button press but this machine is too good to make it complicated...

in the tutorial video its says that the daw must send and recieve midi data...
hmm and i read it in a other post that logic cant do it or the audio unit plugins cant do it...

why is always so frusttrating 4 logic user.. here and there small problesms that can destroy the dream of an super workflow... =))

just wanted to know if someone can solve this problem until the real update will be release...

so you want to record MIDI yes?

well you can't unless you do loads of complex things.

try Drag n Drop MIDI into Logic.

yes i tryed it the midi notes are in logic but they wont play the machine sound...

or should i forgot the sound midi batch setup

I had the problem of no sound playing mine as well. Someone posted, don't know who or I would give them credit... Anyhow, all you have to do is select an empty pattern in the maschine window, and the sounds should play when you press play in logic.

 

i hope i can record in logic a machine sequence when the full update released!

dont want to change it in midid mode or something like that...

or is this problem solved?

so i can use the machine controller to record in logic a sequence. when im drumming in logic there not comming notes or a midi track or anything!

(sorry my english is baad hope that here is no understanding problems)

It's not an issue that NI can really fix. It's Apple. They would have to rewrite the code in Logic to allow it to play nice with Maschine, since you're not actually using VSTs. You're using Maschine as an AU, and that's where the issue lies, as far as I understand anyhow.
