Filed Record is not working/Crashed two times last night

Hey guys just tested the latest beta and the record is not working with my 900 NXS 2

HID with the XDJ 1000 MK2 made it crash twice.

Which OS are you on ?

You mean the Record function is not working in Traktor ? What routing do you use? Could you make a screenshot or video showing the problem?

Do you remember what you did exactly before it crashed?

I am using the exact same setup as I did with the public release everything works just fine. I have my record out set to channels 9/10 in the pioneer mixer settings. In traktor is 7/8. When it crashed I was trying to connect my XDJ 1000s MK2 again this has never happened with the public release. I am on the latest release of os catalina 10.15.4.

 

Ok so the crashes happened when reconnecting the XDJs. Can you please let me know your OS version please, its important for us to know I would have to go to the office to see if I can reproduce the issues as we are all still working from home.

Regarding the Record problem so you do not get any signal coming in if I understand you correctly?

You use the 900 NXS 2 as soundcard?

Yes I use the NXS 2 as the Soundcard. Sorry and yes there is no signal coming into the record I have tride changing channels and fiddling around trying to get the signal to work and its a no go.

Just purchased the Pioneer DJM 900NSX2. How do you route it to be able to record from Traktor? Can't seem to figure it out. Can you advise the routing?

 

Rec out to one of the line ins on a channel then select that channel in Traktor should work.
