Recording Problem

How do I record my guitar with the effects aswell?

If I record with guitar combos it plays back with effects but if I record it with guitar combos and save it and play it in any other program it plays clean.

Is there any way I can record stuff with the effects and then save it?

Not as far as I know. To do that, you'd need to use the full version of Guitar Rig 3 (which we provide an upgrade deal with reduced pricing).

 

If you are hearing it with FX, just figure out which output on your soundcard is playing it back, and record it. It should be simple to do.

Post a little more info about your signal chain, and maybe we can be more helpful.

I don't think you can; you maybe able to hack it with some patching of wires, but I can't really get into that as I don't know how Sonar acts in that respect.

 

Record your guitar track in Sonar with Combos in the fx bin, then bounce the track to a new one making sure fx are enabled in the bounce dialogue.

 

Guitar Combos comes in two versions. One is the retail version, which is a plug-in, the other is the Behringer version, which is NOT a plug-in.
