SO I am so used to recording sets in Traktor 3.4, but now love using Pro to do anything at all. WTF is up with not being able to record inside Traktor? Anyway, anybody know of some simple to use software that I can purchase or download that will record? Thanks

On what platform > if you are on macbook You could Jackosx TRAKTORpro or your soundcard output stream into Garageband, record, export, and then burn cds from itunes = pretty much free.

Hmmmmm, i clicked on you and i don't see vista anywhere. I most have all that turned off or something. woooonnnnnkkkk.:p

Ok, well, there are quite a few people using Audacity, sony apps and ASIO4all on here. Do a search for those posts in the older threads. In least description you are going to have to highjack your audio from traktor's output and make it available to the recording program's input bus.

The easiest way I have ever done this was to just split the output cables and jack back into the system inputs. Its ghetto but it works.

Look up those threads. Good luck.

anyone else with fair knowledge of this work-around should chime in --DOIT

Exactly what I'm doing. Just taking the monitor IO's & sending them back through the Audio 8's input, and setting TPro to record that signal. Works a charm.
