sorry, haven't been so stupid in a long, long time. record is not available in traktor LE. I have Pro. source http://www.native-instruments.com/#/en/products/dj/traktor-le/?page=662, last row in the table. I don't know LE very much, but recording audacity wont work. what maybe will work, is using asio 4 all for setting your internal soundcard so that the input IS NOT routed in traktor, and use a cable to connect your headphones out jack to your line in/microphone in jack. Then you can use another instance of ASIO4ALL to record your line in/microphone jack. In the 2th instance of ASIO4ALL, make sure your internal soundcard input is enable. So disabled in traktor, enabled in audacity. To know how to set up ASIO4ALL, see my post at this thread: http://www.native-instruments.com/forum/showthread.php?t=111831. Still need help? e-mail me at acdsoundsystem@gmail.com, since you can't PM if you have not a certain amount of posts on this forum., However, this technique is not perfect, since you use mcirophone, and you WILL get a certain amount of noise. The best way would be record on tapedeck, and play tapedeck later in audacity to record.

Freshscratchy: I was having the same problem, as I tried to record using the mic input and it would give me a lot of noise and feedback. Here is a very good solution I found.

First, download and install the free software called Soundflower on your Mac: http://cycling74.com/products/soundflower/

I selected Soundflower 16ch as the soundcard to be used by Traktor LE while using my controller (I use Numark's Omni Control). In Audacity, I chose Soundflower 16ch as the input for recording. From the Soundflowerbed, I chose to send the monitoring sound (4 channels) to the Omni Control soundcard. This way, I was able to record the master using Audacity while sending the monitoring (4 channel) sound to the Omni Control, where I could use the headphones as monitoring and cueing.

Seems complicated, but it worked for me!

Try to use a free software for record & edit "Audacity" it's a good option, run in all operative systems. Excuse me for my english, i speak spanish.
