I have sold my VCI 100 and will be buying a Typhoon instead. I know the VCI is probably better but for what I want it to do the Typhoon is fine and it has the internal audio interface, which is handy.

I wish to record with this device and can do this with Traktor Pro, but I also want to record to an external recorder. I see two ways of doing this but each has a query :

Option 1) Double up the RCD output with a splitter so that I can power my active monitors and have a signal out that i can run to my external recorder. Question is will the Typhoon RCD out be able to power both these line level devices.

Option 2) I have a Native Instruments Audio 2 DJ interface which i used with the VCI. Can I still use this as an output and the Typhoon RCA outputs at the same time. If this was possible I would have two separate line outputs. I would like to run my active monitors from the Typhoon and the recorder from the Audio 2 DJ. From what I remember you can set Traktor outputs to either one but not both and if you do set to one of these outputs the other one switches off. I am hoping when I use the Typhoon outputs I can still use the Audio 2.

    Any help would be appreciated.
