Recording with TraktorLE + DDJERGO

hi there

i purchased my ddj ergo which came with traktor le back in february.
i've played a bunch of shows since then but have been trying to find the best way to record my sets.

i have used another laptop to record out of the mixer but quality is not the same.

what is the best possible way to record without having to use another laptop? i have a mac, pioneer ddj ergo, and trakor le

any help and input is greatly appreciated!

Hi,

you need an audio "line input" at the recording-computer.
maybe you'll need an additional soundcard, cause most laptops have only "microphone inputs" and this causes the low quality of your already done recordings (distorted, noisy...?)

 

If you upgrade to Traktor Pro you can record easily within Traktor at the press of a button.
