With me, it's a combination of the library and various samples I've got.

Been using just the Maschine library, want to incorporate my own sample cd libraries soon.

The library is great. I've also been having a lot of fun re-chopping all my favorite breaks and then saving them as my own kits. Now I have instant Clyde Stubblefield or De La Soul whenever I want!

as for myself, i use mostly records... and there are also some audio clips of dialogue from youtube that i record as necessary...

Maschine library sounds good, but really i will only use sound libraries for analog drum sounds... and even that is rare for me, usually i will use Reason synth to make analog drums, then render a composite (ex. kick drum sample from a record and a thumping subtractor kick drum, layered and processed/mixed in Reason, then rendered to aif)..

sometimes i will just spend a few days creating drum libraries of my own
