redmatica autosampler ...

has anyone tried this? with the new akai support i am heavily considering investing in this so that i can autosample my hardware and software synths into kontact format then i just need to find a way to convert from kontact to akai format...

but isn't this for Windows only - not for Macs?

yeah thought ESC says that they are working on a mac version... I have looked at it. redmatica does look much nicer but also much more expensive as well. now i need to find what is gonna convert FROM exs/kontact TO akai format...

 

check out samplerobot as well... it's similar to autosampler

 

Translator www.chickensys.com converts any format into Akai MPC format.

NI uses Translator technology to import any format into Kontakt within Kontakt itself.

Translator is Mac Universal and Windows. Translator is slated to convert into Maschine format in the future as well, os you really don't need to do any converting into Akai MPC format.

Translator doesn't do any auto-audio sampling, but it may in the future. There is a ground-breaking product of this sort coming out from Chicken Systems soon, we are keeping it under wraps though.

wow so when you say "comming out soon" are we talking within this year ? cause if so I will wait. I have used chickensys with my asr stuff before and with my alesis fusion... you guys make good stuff so I would be willing to hold off and give you my dollar.
