Solved Regarding missing files (Rise and Hit)

Hello there, i wonder if anyone have encountered the same problem as me here.

Today i discovered something strange when trying to load a preset from my NI_content folder which is where i have all my big libraries, set in NI Access Before install of content. It says that the preset "Smooth Swirl" is missing several thousand of samples. See image below.



When trying to mitigate this, i did first a automatic scan for files, but problem not solved. Also i tried to locate some of the files manually but i did not find anything. I then tried to reinstall it from NI Access, then reopen kontakt with Rise and Hit, but still nothing.

Where this gets strange, is that trying to open other presets, they work just fine. atleast the 10-12 i tried. see image below



So my question is, have any of you had this issue before? And if so, how did you resolve the issue ?
I have no clue what to do.

Had same issue....did you get it resolved? Ran into it loading "Crushed Glide" from 07:Lifters. Same number of samples reported missing as you- 4264.

Batch re-save seemed to do the trick- Find it via the disc icon at the top of the window..when prompted, I located the Sample folder during the process- resave took a whhiille but seems to be solved...

 

I'm having the same issue. I just upgraded to Komplete 12 Ultimate and Rise & Hit has missing files. I'm trying the batch resave that Fred Flowerday suggested but during the prcess I get the Content Missing window pop up. Not sure if I'm doing it correctly. Could someone please give more detail?

 

Actually...Think I might have it. It's resaving patches now....could be a while
